Pretty Women

(Intermediate program-You are familiar with high intensity workouts and fat loss is your most important goal!)

At this stage, you know how to do the strength movements properly, but are not used to using very much weight. In this phase, you may begin to use dumbbells that are over ten pounds, and you will gradually increase weight until you are able to use a real barbell! (This is a very exciting time, you want to see progress and FAST! You will but make sure you are ready before you add the full volume of this program! If you do too much too soon, you will soon injure yourself and inevitably will need to take a step or two back. If this happens, you will set yourself back, so once again. Just like with the "Ladies" program, take your time in this stage. You will be a "Confident Cougar" soon enough!)
